Daughters of Pandora Proto Map

I've decided to get back to work [at least partially] with Daughters of Pandora, which I'm restarting from scratch. I'm pretty happy with the themes within the story, which I hope will be sufficient justification to have a Survival Horror game that centers on attractive female monsters as the antagonists [I'm hoping to keep any sexual content in the game down to a M for Mature rating]

This map, and the intended gameplay mechanic, is deeply inspired by recent indie horror games, particularly Five Nights at Freddy's. Like FNAF, the player spends most of their time in the security office, using cameras to monitor the rest of the facility and anticipate incoming threats. There are several ways into the office, and there's no way to completely secure all of them at the same time, necessitating a degree of strategy. Though it is built off of FNAF quite a bit, I hope to also make it stand out with some new ideas, including the ability to explore the facility in between nights [okay, I ripped that off from another game called Boogeyman], and unique abilities and personalities for each of the Monster Girls. The Monster Girls also will be fully mobile, they won't just sit there when you watch them through the cameras.

Over the course of the game, as more rooms in the facility become accessible, the story of facility and the origins of the Monster Girls will be revealed, which I hope will serve as a message that warns against sexual addiction and the objectification of beautiful women... I'm not trying to vilify sex, just trying to make it clear that a healthy sex life is built off of moderation and mutual respect... no idea if that will come across in the final product, but I certainly hope to try.

I also have to admit that the premise is similar to 42 Monsters, and I imagine that work on one may end up aiding in the development of the other over time.
